How your body changes during pregnancy? - Pregnancy Guide!

Becoming a mother is not an easy task and involves a lot of changes that take place in one's body. It’s always good for a woman to accept the changes that take place in her body and always have a good perception of pregnancy so that you do not feel embarrassed at any time.

It’s only in this modern era that women have become conscious about their body shape while in the traditional times pregnant women were highly respected and were viewed as a symbol of fertility.
Both internal, as well as external changes are experienced during the pregnancy period.

The external changes are the ones that are visible like growing weight etc. while internal changes may refer to the growing of uterus size with time.

The most noticeable change in a woman when she is pregnant is a drastic increase in weight. Not only this, the uterus expands from your belly to the breastbone and also on the outer side which may cause some sort of pain in your abdomen and your back.

The mother may feel a change in the breast size because the breast glands prepare to feed the young one. Along with it, you will also notice a lot of fluid near your nipples. During pregnancy, a woman will always suffer from fatigue especially during the latter days because by that time the fetus has developed completely and draws proper nourishment from the mother.

The blood circulation in the body increases thereby leading to the glowing of your skin and causing a headache at the same time. You will notice a swelling in most of the body parts ranging from the eyes to your feet.

The entire span of pregnancy has actually been divided into 3 trimesters wherein specific changes in your body occur during a particular trimester. But still, there are certain changes that happen during each trimester like growing weight and changes in breasts. Pregnancy is a part and parcel of life and a woman must not feel bad about her pregnancy rather she should be proud that she is giving someone a life.
